Sarinas Consulting is representing a confidential employer seeking a Field Surveyor / Survey Technician to join its team in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on surveying experience who enjoys field work and wants a stable, long-term position with a growing organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform field surveying and collect accurate site data
- Operate GPS/GNSS, total stations, and data collection equipment
- Assist with construction layout, staking, boundary, and topographic work
- Maintain accurate field notes and documentation
- Work collaboratively with project and technical teams
- Travel to local project sites as needed
We are open to candidates with backgrounds such as:
- Field Surveyor
- Instrument Operator
- Rodman
- Survey Crew Member
- Crew Chief
- Party Chief
Qualifications:
- Prior field surveying experience
- Familiarity with common surveying equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and team-oriented
A professional survey license is not required.
