Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.;

Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through Uni First's escalation process.;

Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
