Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide specialized psychological services in educational settings. This role involves working across different schools, focusing on assessing and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional needs while traveling to various locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho educational evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development and school success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational laws and regulations.
- Adapt services and strategies according to varying school environments during travel assignments.
