POSITION: 21st Century Enrichment Instructor - Power Scholars (Summer Program)
LOCATION: Amherst Street Elementary School / Dr. Norman Crisp Elementary School / Fairgrounds Elementary School
STARTING: July 13, 2026 - August 7, 2026 (Orientation/Training: July 7-10)
WORK YEAR: Monday - Friday approximately 11:30AM - 3:30PM
SALARY RANGE: $17.50 per hour
21st Century is seeking energetic and creative Enrichment Instructors to support our free four‑week summer learning program for students entering grades K‑5. This summer program is offered in partnership with the Nashua School District and the YMCA of Greater Nashua.
Enrichment Instructors will lead engaging, hands‑on afternoon activities that complement morning academic instruction in reading and math. Activities may include STEM, arts and crafts, fitness, leadership, cultural enrichment, cooking, or other project‑based learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Plan and facilitate structured enrichment activities
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Support student engagement and positive behavior
- Collaborate with Site Directors and program staff
- Supervise students during program hours
- Experience working with elementary‑aged children required
- Background in education, youth development, coaching, arts, or related field preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable attendance required
- Background check required
