Director Of Education

The Goddard School in Nashua is seeking a Director of Education to oversee the School's educational program, classroom quality, faculty development, licensing compliance, health and safety, and required records. This position works with and reports to the Director of Operations and school ownership to support the daily operation and overall success of the School.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily educational operation of the School.
• Ensure licensing, Quality Assurance, health and safety compliance.
• Oversee child and faculty files and required training records.
• Support curriculum implementation and high-quality classroom practices.
• Manage, mentor and develop faculty.
• Lead faculty orientation, meetings and professional development.
• Participate in faculty recruitment, interviewing and retention.
• Tour prospective families and support lead management and the enrollment process.
• Plan and manage School events that promote family engagement.
• Support marketing events and other community outreach efforts.
• Support family-teacher conferences and educational concerns.

Qualifications Candidates must:

• Have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Be Director qualified in the State of New Hampshire.
• Have at least two years of management experience.
• Have strong knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum and licensing requirements.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization and leadership skills.

This is a full-time position with compensation based on education and experience. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
