Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. You will work collaboratively with students, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality educational services to students with diverse learning needs.
Contract Types Available- 2-Week Engagements:
Great for quick availability or trial fit - 1-3 Month Assignment:
Ideal for covering leaves or short vacancies - 6-Month Placement:
For those seeking consistency and deeper classroom involvement
Opportunities may lead to permanent roles for interested and qualified candidates.
What You’ll Do- Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with fidelity
- Deliver instruction aligned with student needs across academic, behavioral, and functional domains
- Work collaboratively with paras, related service providers, and behavior support teams
- Support classroom routines, data collection, and positive behavior supports
- Communicate clearly with staff and administrators during transition or coverage periods
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required (Special Education preferred)
- NH Teaching Certification in Special Education (or eligible) required
- Experience working with students with autism and/or developmental disabilities a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must pass NH State and FBI background checks (CORI and fingerprinting required for onsite work)
