We design and manufacture a wide range of innovative connectors and cable assemblies for diverse applications including server, storage, data center, mobile, RF, networking, industrial, business equipment, and automotive.

• Perform thermal simulations and analyses (steady‑state and transient) using tools such as ANSYS Icepak and FloTHERM.
• Design and optimize thermal solutions including heat sinks, fans, liquid cooling systems, and interface materials (PCM) for high‑speed I/O active cables and optical transceivers and fiber‑optic cables.
• Conduct thermal characterization and validation tests, including temperature measurement, and correlation with simulation results.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to integrate thermal solutions into overall product design.
• Define thermal requirements and design constraints for new products and ensure compliance with reliability and performance specifications.
• Develop and document thermal models, test reports, and design guidelines for future designs.
• Participate in design reviews, providing recommendations for improved thermal performance and manufacturability.
• Support failure analysis and root‑cause investigations of thermal‑related field or qualification issues.

• M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and thermal principles and material properties.
• Proficiency with thermal simulation tools like FLOTHERM and ANSYS Icepak.
• Knowledge of electronics packaging and reliability requirements (JEDEC, IPC, standards) preferred.
• Experience in Electronics/Data Center/Telecom; familiarity with high‑power ICs, PCBs, heat spreaders, and airflow management is an added advantage.
