Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead R&D engineering projects for advanced medical instruments. You’ll drive cross‑functional development efforts involving electronics, optics, mechanisms, and software from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of R&D engineering programs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Maintain product roadmaps and manage sustaining engineering projects
- Oversee resource planning, priorities, and project schedules
- Support production, process development, and new product introductions
- Prepare technical reports and project updates
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485
Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management experience
- Experience developing medical devices or instrumentation
- Background in FDA‑regulated environments
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
