Position: Microwave Tech II (2nd Shift) with Security Clearance
Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2:00AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Our training and development programs provide employees with career advancement in a diverse work environment. The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Manual cell, using various liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro-electronics module. On the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including 56C and EPAWSS As a Microwave Technician on 2nd Shift you will make impacts in the following ways;

* Fabricate and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines or using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine.

* Fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Pick and place experience.

* Epoxy dispense experience.

* Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.

* Familiar with MIL-STD-883 Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
