How you will make an impact- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and enable new product launches
- Develop and implement process operational standards, including statistical process control opportunities
- Improve product quality by reducing variability, minimizing downtime, and increasing yield and capacity
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
- Document improvement project scope, execution, and results to ensure knowledge sharing and sustainability
- Create and maintain standardized work instructions to support consistent, high‑quality production
- Reduce waste, improve equipment utilization, and optimize overall productivity and cost of quality
- Work closely with operators and production teams to identify and resolve equipment and process challenges
- BS in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 1‑3 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing (printing, coating, web processing, or similar environments preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and applied mathematics
- Experience managing or contributing to critical, self‑directed projects with basic project management skills
- Experience with process mapping, capability analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes to cross‑functional teams
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies
