Job Title
Strong experience in design of components with various manufacturing processes like Stamping, Molding & Machining.
Proficient in Creo (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly)
Hands on experience in Windchill PDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.
Experience in Electro-mechanical design
Experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Strong knowledge of manufacturability considerations for Sheet metal & Plastic
Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.
Experience with standard NPI / NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.
Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis.
Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.
Excellent communication skills and Positive 'can do' and proactive attitude.
Quality mindset in design and documentation.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a CREO, Windchill NPD
Should be owning and responsible for mechanical product design and need to interact with other stake holders from the cross-functional teams
Professional Strong Mechanical Engineering skills experience and proven record of accomplishment of Electromechanical products
Good interpersonal skills working with various stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
