Mechanical Design Engineer CREO

JD:

• Strong Experience in design of components with various manufacturing processes like Stamping, Molding & Machining.
• Proficient in Creo (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly)
• Hands on experience in Windchill PDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.
• Experience in Electro-mechanical design
• Experience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturability considerations for Sheet metal & Plastic
• Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
• Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.
• Experience with standard NPI / NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Experience in Tolerance stack up analysis.
• Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.
• Excellent communication skills and Positive can do and proactive attitude.
• Quality mindset in design and documentation.

Mandatory skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a CREO, Windchill NPD
• Should be owning and responsible for mechanical product design and need to interact with other stake holders from the cross-functional teams
• Professional Strong Mechanical Engineering skills experience and proven record of accomplishment of Electromechanical products
• Good interpersonal skills working with various stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
