Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to support the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced RF and Microwave modules within our microelectronics factory. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands‑on capability in a cleanroom/microelectronics environment, and a collaborative mindset that strengthens both engineering and technician teams.

Key Responsibilities- Support RF/Microwave module testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Interpret and analyze complex electrical and RF schematics, drawings, and documentation.
- Perform hands‑on work using microscopes, microelectronics tools, and specialized RF equipment.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to engineering leadership, manufacturing leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective technical presentations.
- Partner closely with the test technician team to train, mentor, and develop technical capability on the production floor.
- Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with design engineering, process engineering, and production to ensure robust product performance and manufacturability.
High School/GED
Additional Qualifications and ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong background in RF principles, microwave circuits, and module‑level troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a microelectronics or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics and RF test data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or train technical staff.
- Hands‑on experience with microscopes, microelectronics assembly/test tools, and RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced factory setting.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support both engineering and production needs.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and drive to resolution.
- Strong communication skills.
Full‑Time Salary Range: $79,365 – $134,921. The range is based on market pay structures and varies by business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as individual qualifications.
