We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who would like to join our skilled team of professionals.

Our goal is to provide customers with functional and beautiful spaces by guiding them through design, product selections and planning for their home remodeling projects.

The sales/contract service representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations at our showroom.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet showroom visitors
• Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Assist customers in selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and finishes by understanding preferences, needs and budgets

Key

Duties include:

• A familiarity with available fixtures and vendor options to support sales and remodel consultations
• Utilize in-house design software and productivity tools including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Specify and order materials by preparing sales and purchase orders
• Coordinate deposits, payments and material deliveries
• Draft project contracts
• Scheduling including product delivery and installations
• Process warranty and return forms in coordination with the accounting department
• Saturday availability is a must

Our ideal candidate must possess strong customer service and communications skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a team environment. An interest in design is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow in the home design and remodeling space a plus.
