We are currently seeking a Division Financial Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Nashua, NH, reporting to the ACS Division Assistant Controller.

• Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating groups to support division-level reporting, leadership reviews, and decision-making.
• Partner with functional leaders to support financial reporting, understand financial performance and investigate variances.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead and support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in partnership with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify business implications.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively drive results in a dynamic environment.
