This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating and assisting them with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. The position requires accurate and efficient processing of cash transactions and deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Collaboration skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves customers’ financial lives.
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective communication and comfort engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Confidence in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Adherence to established processes and guidelines, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient management of time and capacity, focusing on results while acting in the client’s best interest.
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including potential scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
