What You Will Do
The Financial & Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting the management reporting requirements s role will also support various aspects of treasury operations, with a primary focus on global cash management, foreign exchange operations, treasury systems, controls, and compliance. This person will be responsible for assisting with solidifying, and in enhancing the FP&A environment at Leia which includes: utilizing various systems to streamline reporting capabilities, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
CoreResponsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements to processes.
- Manage data consolidation throughout budget, planning, and forecasting process.
- Utilize both ERP and FP&A software platforms to streamline and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Monitor daily cash positions, manage cash flow, execute payments, and maintain cash forecasts.
- Maintain treasury management systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop treasury policies.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate services, and ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA a plus.
- 3 years + of progressive financial planning and analysis/corporate finance management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations.
- Experience with performance management, scorecards, and dashboarding is highly desirable; understanding of additional programming environments is also a big plus (e.g. SQL, Power Query/R, PowerBI/DAX).
- Experience with Net Suite a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and financial analysis skills with passion for details and “digging in” to help bring insights and focus to financial performance and decisions.
- Ability to work as a business partner with all business units and across functions, and with people at various levels in the organization.
- High degree of maturity, diplomacy and professionalism. Self-starter and independent thinker who has the desire to work in a fast-paced organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management.
