• Acquire, review, and process Initial Clearances, 5‑year clearance reinvestigations, reinstatements, and clearance upgrades.
  
  Process ES New Hire’s and Terminations – SIMS/DISS/NBIS.
• Support and process PSQs, Foreign Travel, and reporting as per Special Program requirements.
• Maintain working knowledge of SIMS, DISS, eQIP/eAPP, and NISS.
• Manage and maintain ES SIMS, DISS, and NBIS.
• Maintain PERSEC Shared Area and PERSEC One Space.
• Develop security plans to comply with existing directives and future requirements.
• Provide and maintain monthly and quarterly metrics.
• Maintain continuity plans relative to the PERSEC Office.
• Exhibit professional demeanor, strong people skills, and effective communication; perform in a multi‑tasked environment.
• Manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related administrative and clerical experience.
• Receive Interim SECRET eligibility within 3 months of start date.
• Eligible for Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience with PC’s and office software; strong writing skills.
• Working knowledge of SIMS, DISS, NBIS, EQIP, and EAPP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Decision‑making and reasoning skills.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and related security manuals.
• Organized and able to work independently.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Top Secret (TS) clearance.
