Description
We’re looking for a compassionate, curious therapist with a can‑do mindset to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll provide psychotherapy to adults experiencing first episode psychosis, helping clients and families build meaningful, fulfilling lives within a supportive, team‑based model of care.
What You’ll Do- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for FEP clients
- Work primarily in an office setting with occasional community outreach
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Support clients using the Coordinated Specialty Care model
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Passion for learning and teamwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
