Join our team at Nashua Post Acute Care as a Staff Development Coordinator (SDC). Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time opportunity available. $93,000 - $125,000 per year (all inclusive).

• Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed
• Running and assisting with employee training and orientation.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in this state.
• Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
