Steele Hill is a premier, high-end resort featuring over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities (available for employee use!).

• Review daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategy
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Properly complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignments
• Coordinate with the Houseman to assess team needs
• Recognize issues requiring management attention and notify the Manager on Duty as appropriate

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine daily tasks

• Starting at $17.00 per hour
