Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly Housekeeper to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, and assisting with laundry as needed.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces
• Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and minibar items
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Ensure privacy and security of guests and hotel property
• Assist with laundry and linen services as required
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and time management skills
• Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
