Position: Manager Total Rewards

Our client is hiring a Manager, Total Rewards who will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards analytics.

This permanent role will require a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days/week on site at the client’s offices in Nashua, NH
. Prior experience leading or managing a team is required and experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, administration, and evaluation of benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave offerings
  • Administer and evolve compensation structures, conduct job evaluations and market pricing, and ensure internal equity across clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, retention, pay equity initiatives, and annual compensation planning cycles
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage open enrollment, plan renewals, compliance activities, and data-driven program improvements
  • Maintain accurate data in Workday and HR systems, and develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Enhance employee recognition programs that drive engagement, retention, and performance across a diverse workforce
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to HR partners and leaders on total rewards strategy and programs

Job Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive benefits administration and management experience, including health & welfare, retirement, LOA, etc.
  • At least 3-5 years of people management experience, preferably in large-scale HR programs
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, FLSA, pay equity, and related benefits design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (Workday experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, SHRM-SCP, etc. preferred
