bThe Manager, People and Culture plays a central role in fostering a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work environment across Southern New Hampshire Health and Foundation Medical Partners. This leader manages employee relations, partners closely with managers and HR Business Partners, ensures compliance with employment laws, and helps shape a culture where employees can thrive. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive workplace matters with professionalism and empathy

- g.Partner with the Executive Director, People and Culture, Chief People Officer, and legal counsel to investigate complaints and ensure appropriate follow‑u

- s.Conduct internal audits to identify trends requiring training, policy updates, or interventio
- n.Develop and maintain tools, reports, and standard work to track employee relations issue
- s.Collaborate with legal on employment and discrimination claim
- s.Conduct exit interviews and analyze themes to improve retention and engagemen
- t.Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on complex employee relations matter
- s.Support issues related to performance, terminations, restructuring, accommodations, workplace safety, and conflict resolutio

Knowledgeable about employment laws including FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and Title V - II.A strong communicator with excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situatio
