Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally.

• Process employment record changes related to new hires, terminations, and job assignments into various systems
• Provide systems related support for payroll, benefits, and employment changes
• Assist with payroll processing – auditing weekly and semi-monthly payroll, completing reports and other related tasks
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, supporting a smooth payroll and benefits onboarding experience
• Professionally represent the company with a strong focus and entrepreneurial mindset
• Assist with additional payroll and benefits projects as assigned

• Prior experience in Human Resources with a focus on payroll and/or benefits is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with an HRIS
• Ability to handle confidential information, multitask, and show a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer applications
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
