Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.
Recruitment Process Management & Execution- Collate with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to manage, execute, and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition.
- Utilize tools and resources to solve TA process challenges and issues, including interview scheduling, candidate travel, relocation, Post Government Employment (PGE), and all other general TA processes.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders (Data Analysis and Reporting).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment‑related projects such as process improvements, system implementations, and training initiatives (Project Management).
- Provide technical support for recruitment systems including ATS and candidate management tools (System Administration).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to talent acquisition (Compliance and Risk Management).
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to provide support and drive talent acquisition strategies (Stakeholder Engagement).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop solutions, and implement changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness (Process Improvement).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems, including ATS and candidate management tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Advanced computer skills including Excel (macros) and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience, or Associate’s degree with five (5) years of recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience.
