Talent Manager
PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for a fully remote 6 month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports end-to-end talent acquisition operations by managing and optimizing recruiting processes, maintaining recruiting dashboards and metrics, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to drive efficient execution. You will also support recruiting systems and lead TA projects focused on process improvement and training initiatives.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience, OR Associate's degree and 5 years recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience
Experience supporting recruitment process management and execution with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Experience supporting interview scheduling and general TA processes, including candidate travel, relocation, and Post Government Employment (PGE)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience maintaining dashboards, reports, and recruiting metrics to track performance and identify trends
Project management experience supporting recruitment-related initiatives (process improvements, system implementations, training)
Experience providing technical support for recruitment systems (ATS, candidate management tools, and other HR technology platforms)
Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to talent acquisition
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to support TA strategies
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI)
Advanced computer skills including Excel (macros) and Power Point
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other relevant certifications
Experience with HR technology platforms such as Brass Ring, Phenom, Oracle, or People Soft
What You'll Do
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to manage, execute, and optimize recruitment processes
Use tools and resources to address TA process challenges across interview scheduling, candidate travel, relocation, PGE, and other TA workflows
Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor recruiting performance, identify trends, and provide stakeholder insights
Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting-related projects including process improvements, system implementations, and training initiatives
Provide technical support and administration for recruiting systems including ATS and candidate management tools
Ensure TA activities align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and provide operational support
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
