Position: Task Manager with Security Clearance
Job Description We are seeking an employee liaison to help manage a complex environment that supports high performance collaboration.

* Act as the face of the team to resident employees as the primary point of contact

* Create and distribute communications to EWAN users regarding important notices and updates

* Report utilization and occupancy status, actively manage applicable space

* Work with facilities, plant engineering and site management to ensure the space performance meets expectations

* Act as a primary IT support contact for infrastructure/technology to meet expectations

* Manage seating capacity/assignments

* Manage data transfer priority list

* Facilitate moves and transitions of users in/out
* Stock room(s) organization/oversight

* Purchasing expense items (light)

* Ensure compliance with all internal organizational policies and procedures

* Act as POC for coordinating IT equipment and inventory tracking with security Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Excellent organization skills

* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Strong communication skills

* Experience with MS 365 and Office Suite Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* BS degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent experience Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
