About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and delivering clear, insightful reports to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to build a career in CRM management and client services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update records in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate and deliver regular client reports according to established schedules
- Troubleshoot basic data issues and discrepancies in the Salesforce system
- Create and modify simple reports using Salesforce reporting tools
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client data needs are met
- Document processes and procedures related to data management and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Is eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Shows initiative in identifying and resolving data issues
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Has a customer service mindset and commitment to client satisfaction
