Product Introduction Manager

In this newly created role, the NPI Manager will manage the execution of the product roadmap, driving the product development from concept through commercialization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development teams for Hardware, Software and AI products as well as partner with the Sales & Marketing teams for deployment of products.

• Responsible for the roadmap execution from product concept through commercialization
• Define and align with partners the requirements and specifications for the products and go-to-market strategy
• Deploy validated products after they are tested and released by QA
• Oversee and drive the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Marketing on product requirements, Engineering for development and After-market support teams to ensure product delivery timelines are met and product quality is impeccable.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into requirements and specs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exemplary project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in product management or product development; including a track record of launching technology products from concept to commercial success.
• Relevant experience in both software and hardware tech industry
• Experience launching new products in a HW, SW, and AI environment
• Experience working in an international environment required
• Expertise in 3D / Display Technology
• Experience in a start-up environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience delivering according to budget with quality and on schedule
• Ability travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
