Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is a world leader in interconnect solutions for communications, mobile, RF, optics, and commercial electronics markets. Amphenol is one of the world’s largest designers and manufacturers of electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors and interconnect systems. The Help Desk Technician will work onsite in Nashua, NH, providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries in person or via remote tools.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical instruction to company employees as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escape and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality of data.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of end‑user support experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2010‑2019, and Office 365.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device).
- Experience working with a service desk ticketing system.
- Customer‑oriented attitude.
- A+ Certification is preferred.
