We are seeking a Product Line Manager to join our Over Pass™ business based in the Nashua NH area. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of a portfolio of advanced Over Pass™ interconnect solutions supporting AI, networking, and next-generation computing platforms. The successful candidate may be responsible for one or more product families spanning near-chip, co-packaged, front I/O, cable assembly, and emerging connectivity technologies, while partnering closely with engineering, operations, sales, and customers to drive business growth and technology leadership.

The successful candidate will own product strategy, roadmap development, customer engagement, business planning, pricing, and design-win execution while working closely with engineering, operations, sales, and manufacturing teams to deliver industry-leading connectivity solutions for AI, cloud, and networking applications.

The Product Line Manager will work with cross functional teams to drive the development and marketing of Amphenol's Overpass products. This role will be responsible for promoting our products to their assigned market, winning key new design opportunities, and developing/executing the product strategies required to rapidly grow the business, both top and bottom line. The ideal candidate must be versatile, with a good blend of business and technical savvy, and a quick learner with the ability to manage new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• Own product roadmaps and growth strategy for product categories in the Over Pass product families.
• Define market requirements and product specifications based on customer and industry trends.
• Identify new product opportunities supporting AI infrastructure, networking, high-performance computing, and next-generation data center architectures.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Develop deep understanding of customer technology roadmaps and translate future platform requirements into actionable product strategies and development priorities.
• Track emerging AI infrastructure trends and identify opportunities for new products supporting next-generation compute, networking, and rack-scale architectures.
