Overview
This role is responsible for the setup, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of folder‑gluer machinery. The Gluer Operator ensures all finished cartons meet customer specifications and performs tasks in line with established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

ScheduleMonday-Friday 1st and 2nd shifts
LocationNashua, NH (on-site)
What You’ll Do- Set up, operate, and monitor folder‑gluer equipment to ensure cartons meet required specifications.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure all equipment, parts, and tools are returned to proper storage after use.
- Stage products according to the production schedule.
- Monitor output quality and remove or segregate non‑conforming product.
- Maintain product integrity throughout the gluing process.
- Report defect trends, quality concerns, and potential shortages to the supervisor.
- Review job specifications and approved samples to confirm proper setup and gluing accuracy.
- Must have experience operating a Bobst machine.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in general manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of gluing machines and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand job specifications.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
$26 - $32/hr doe
