Machine Operator, Inspector – 1st shift | Nashua, NH
Pay &Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$22.50/hr
Monday – Friday (consistent schedule)

What you’ll do:- Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
- Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
- Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals
- Learn specialized processes used in high-security production
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined (even from hobbies or previous jobs)
- Team-oriented mindset
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)
- You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
- Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
