Semiconductor Assembler

Role Overview:
This position involves manual assembly of mechanical and electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products within a manufacturing environment. The assembler performs precision assembly operations including board mounting, enclosure assembly, testing, and final packaging, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and workplace standards.

• Follow production schedules, procedures, drawings, and instructions
• Assemble components using hand tools, fixtures, and aids
• Perform mechanical and board mounting operations with press equipment
• Install hardware, covers, and enclosures, ensuring proper fit and alignment
• Use microscopes and measuring tools for inspection and assembly of small parts
• Conduct leak testing and verify assembly quality
• Report issues, complete documentation, and perform final packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to 6S policies
• Support cross-training and perform various assembly tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical or electronics assembly preferred
• Experience with manual assembly, press-fit, board mounting, and leak testing preferred
• Strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and ability to work under magnification
• Physical ability to handle small parts, stand, lift, bend, and use PPE as required

Work Environment: Manufacturing setting requiring repetitive tasks, use of hand tools, fixtures, microscopes, and adherence to safety protocols. Suitable for individuals with manual dexterity and focus on quality standards.
