Must have extensive on the job training and knowledge of SMT and THT Assembly/Soldering including Component identification and Component Polarity Markings. Knowledge of IPC 610 and or J-STD-001 is preferred. Must be able to solder using a microscope. Must be able to fully interpret assembly drawings and documentation. Must be dependable and flexible with various job assignments.
