3rd Shift Machine Operator

Our client located in Nashua, NH is growing and adding a new shift and looking for some great team members! This is a great opportunity for someone with basic machining knowledge-training provided. • Starting pay rate: $23-$25.30/hr (depends on experience)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday: 10:00pm-6:30am

• Operate CNC machines (no setup required) to produce precision components; training available.
• Follow work instructions and review specs to understand operational steps.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools, thread gauges, and documentation procedures.
• Conduct secondary operations like filing, sanding, and drilling as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 6 months of CNC or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Background check and drug test (THC not included).
