Join a growing manufacturing team in Nashua, NH as a Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic Machining knowledge who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Pay rate: $20-$22/hr |
1st Shift | Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do:
  • Operate CNC machines (no setup required) to produce precision components
  • Follow work instructions and review specs to understand operational steps
  • Load raw materials and unload finished parts
  • Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools, thread gauges, and documentation procedures
  • Conduct secondary operations like filing, sanding, and drilling as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Alert supervisors to any equipment or safety issues
  • Cross-train to operate additional CNC machines with proper instruction
  • Complete all necessary production paperwork
  • Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Up to 6 months of CNC or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work in a team-based setting.
