Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for maternal and newborn care? We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional labor and delivery services in a supportive healthcare environment. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on mothers, babies, and families during one of life’s most special moments.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Maternal-Child Health team, you will deliver expert care to pregnant women, laboring patients, newborns, and their families in accordance with AWHONN Standards for Professional Nursing Practice. Your expertise in circulation and GYN surgical/post-op care will ensure comprehensive support during every stage of the patient’s journey. You will collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Your compassionate communication will help reassure and educate families, maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of labor and post-partum experience
• Circulation experience in labor and delivery
• Ability and willingness to care for GYN surgical and general post-op patients
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in daily tasks
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and team members
• Flexibility to work every third weekend

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional experience with neonatal or pediatric care
• Certifications in advanced fetal monitoring or perioperative nursing

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active New Hampshire RN License
• BLS Certification required

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a rotating weekend schedule
• Ability to demonstrate patient-centered behaviors and uphold professional standards
• Capable of performing general responsibilities associated with labor and delivery nursing.

$2775 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend. IDEAL JOB
