Currently we are seeking a full-time or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Nashua office. Starting Range $ 37.00 - $ 42.00

There's no such thing as a typical day in health care so what can you expect in this role? As a Nurse in our practice, you can expect to be involved in a variety of duties such as:

• This role would be an addition to our dynamic clinical team.

• Duties include working with our providers and interdisciplinary staff on the floor to care directly for our patients.

• We are looking for someone that has strong clinical and assessment skills, is organized, and enjoys helping people while making a difference with our vision, which supports the Patient Centered Medical Home model.

• Office based nursing, triage, community outreach and following standard evidenced based protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

• LPN license is required.

• Min of 2 years of recent experience in an office setting or acute care environment is strongly preferred but not required.

• Previous primary care experience is also preferred.
