Oasis Therapeutics is a growing, veteran-owned outpatient neurotherapies clinic specializing in innovative treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and complex mood disorders. Our multidisciplinary team provides advanced therapies including ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato®, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), and neuromodulation therapies in a safe, structured, and collaborative medical environment.
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to practice at the forefront of psychiatric care while working alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff dedicated to improving patient outcomes and restoring quality of life.
Position OverviewThe PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and follow-up care for patients receiving care within our neurotherapies programs. The PMHNP will play a key role in assessing patient eligibility for advanced therapies and managing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for patients with mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and related conditions
- Assess and monitor patients receiving ketamine therapy, Spravato®, TMS, and other advanced treatments
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary clinical discussions
- Provide patient education and support throughout the course of treatment
- Meaningful work helping patients who have exhausted traditional treatment options

Required:
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure)
- Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Experience treating treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or complex mood disorders
- Experience working with a Veteran population
- Interest in or experience with neuromodulation therapies (ketamine, TMS, Spravato®)
- Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
