• Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a); 3x12 or 4x12 schedules available — night shift RN

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130-$2250/week
• Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry, Telemetry Cardiac, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Med-Surg Adult units
• Type: Travel Nurse / RN travel contract

• BSN (Bachelor's degree in Nursing) required — Registered Nurse (RN)
• Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or multistate Compact Nursing License (compact license accepted)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required; 3 years preferred
• Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring and acute care patient management
• Strong mathematical, analytical, written and verbal communication skills

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in Med/Surg and Telemetry areas
• Perform thorough admission assessments: medical history, vital signs, cardiac telemetry review and diagnostic test interpretation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician direction
• Monitor, document and respond to changes in patient condition, including cardiac telemetry events
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart
