Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Review vital signs, lab results, diagnostic tests, and imaging reports.
• Develop and implement patient care plans under physician guidance.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient medical record.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – New Hampshire or Compact License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required

• Strong Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
