Position: Travel School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Nashua, New Hampshire
An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing services in a school setting in Nashua, NH. This role focuses on delivering individual care to a student with complex medical needs, requiring critical care nursing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student with complex medical conditions during school hours.
• Administer critical care in accordance with medical protocols and individualized health plans.
• Accompany the student on transportation between home and school to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with school staff, healthcare providers, and family members to support the student's health and educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate any changes in the student's condition promptly.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong background in critical care nursing, preferably with experience in school nursing or pediatric care.
• Ability to work reliably Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Location:

This position is based in Nashua, New Hampshire, with a travel component to accompany the student between home and school.
