Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services staff at The Elliot assesses, treats, and supports individuals with SUD who are in or seeking recovery. The Greater Manchester Doorway provides a complete assessment, coordinated referral to treatment and supportive services for anyone living with a substance use disorder. Our main goal is to help people struggling with recovery get the help they need.

About The Job

Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex, utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and their families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Required.
  • New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License, Required.
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment, Required.
  • Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice, Required.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Required.
