• Provide direct and indirect patient care within the ICU using the nursing process
• Assess patients on admission, obtaining history, vital signs, lab results, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician direction; adjust as patient status changes
• Monitor and manage critical care needs, including equipment and devices; administer medications per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and families; document accurately and communicate changes promptly
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education; participate in care coordination and transfer/discharge planning as appropriate
• Maintain regulatory compliance, accurate charting, and adherence to unit policies; participate in ongoing quality improvement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification/competency required
• ICU nursing experience required; CRRT and Balloon Pump experience required
• Holiday availability and every-other-weekend scheduling may be required
• Ability to float to Progressive Care (3N) if needed
