Job Summary

Local Candidates Accepted - Will Receive A $10/hr Lower Local Rate

The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team who is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. The RN will be required to assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays and other diagnostic test.

They will be involved in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.

Essential Job Functions

Assessment:
Able to perform standard Assessments using basic equipment.

Medication Administration:
Visual acuity. Hand‑Eye coordination.

Communication/Documentation:
Maintains confidentiality. Able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Patient Safety:
Able to meet standards of the job analysis form.

Interpersonal:
Interact positively with members of team and patients. Respects patient s culture, lifestyle, religion and age when planning or implementing care. Accepts constructive criticism and channels emotional reaction in a positive manner.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate from an approved School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.
License:
Current New Hampshire RN license required or eligible to obtain.
Experience:

Clinical experience preferred.
Professional

Activities:

Membership in a professional nursing organization.
Certification in specialty preferred.

Job Requirements

All RN positions require successful completion from an approved School of Nursing.

All RN positions require a current, valid New Hampshire Registered Nurse License.

All RN s must perform essential job functions and meet qualifications listed below.

Registered Nurses working in specialty areas must meet requirements for those specialties as determined by that specific discipline.
