Job Description

Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Working Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility to do every other weekend

Duration: 9 weeks

Compensation: Up to $22/hr

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a crucial role within our care team, impacting the lives of patients and residents daily. As an LNA, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Deliver superior care and service to patients/residents and their families.
• Create a compassionate environment that respects the individual needs and rights of patients/residents.
• Assist in providing clinical care as directed by healthcare professionals.

• Criminal Background Check (state-specific) & NH BEAS
• LNA license/certification.
• Dementia Training Certificate.
• Exclusion Check.
• Physical
• TB Test, QuantiFERON, or Chest x-ray
• Drug test
• Flu Vaccine

• Certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
• Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to compassionate care and patient advocacy.
• Dementia care training & experience in providing care to patients with dementia.
