Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a change of pace or a desire to make a difference in people’s lives? This position is for you! NFI North is seeking a Part‑time Registered Nurse for our five‑bed Residential Treatment and Day Program located in Nashua, New Hampshire. This program specializes in providing supported housing services to adults transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home.
The Nashua Community Residential Program augments our existing continuum of care due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The agency has a progressive reputation for providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational, and peer support services and life‑skills to adults living with serious mental illness (SMI) or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
The participants in these treatment facilities are seeking independent, home‑like living.
- Assist the psychiatrist and medical team with planning and implementing medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants.
- Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, including medical assessment of program participants.
- Document medical care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medication and manage the program’s medical supplies.
- Work weekdays in a team environment and fulfill on‑call responsibilities.
- Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must hold an active, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) credential in New Hampshire.
- Experience with the program population (adults with serious mental illness) is preferred.
