Travel Nurse Source  is working with Adelphi Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Nashua, New Hampshire 03060.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS required
• 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong MS/Telemetry experience
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of experience

• The RN is responsible for delivery of direct and indirect patient care via nursing process in assigned areas.
• Assess patients upon admission using interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostics.
• Involved in planning and implementation of written care plan under direction of a Physician.
